Bring the Evidence Together
Survey responses collected through QR, WhatsApp and email, digital reviews, purchase data and, where relevant, behavioral data from sensor technologies can be interpreted within the same experience context.
Customer Experience Measurement & Research
Metriqore combines scientific measurement, feedback-quality checks, and behavioral data to help you see what matters, spot problems earlier, and make more informed decisions.

01 / Approach
Beyond the Score
Two customers can give the same rating for very different reasons. Metriqore evaluates response-quality signals alongside behavioral data, helping you identify which findings are more dependable and which deserve a closer look.
02 / Method
More Than Data Collection
We bring surveys, customer comments, online reviews, and other relevant evidence together. Then we assess data quality, highlight what matters, and turn findings into clear priorities your team can act on.
Survey responses collected through QR, WhatsApp and email, digital reviews, purchase data and, where relevant, behavioral data from sensor technologies can be interpreted within the same experience context.
Psychometric principles and response-quality checks help prevent inattentive, inconsistent or low-information responses from carrying undue weight in decisions.
Risks, opportunities and areas for improvement are translated into clear priorities that decision-makers can understand and act on.
Different Experience Settings. The Same Measurement Rigor.
Each setting calls for different measures and methods. Rather than applying the same survey everywhere, Metriqore adapts shared psychometric principles to the context—whether the experience belongs to a guest, customer, student, patient or investor.
Guest experience
Spot guest dissatisfaction while guests are still on property. Route requests and maintenance issues to the right team, and track resolution times, guest satisfaction, and online reputation from one place.
Customer research panel
Build a research panel from customers who give thoughtful, consistent feedback. Test new products, collections, and ideas with the right customer groups before you commit.
Student experience
See how students and parents experience academic, social, and emotional life at school through reliable measurement. Help school leaders know where to focus before concerns grow.
03 / The Metriqore difference
Technology alone isn’t enough
Measurement tools are selected to fit the research question and experience context rather than relying on generic question banks.
Data-quality checks help distinguish more informative feedback from weak, inconsistent or low-quality responses.
Surveys, open-text feedback, digital reviews and relevant behavioral data are interpreted together rather than in isolation.
Decision-makers see not only the score, but why a finding matters and what can be done about it.

From Research to Practice
Founded in 2025 by Hakan Cengiz, PhD, a consumer researcher and professor of marketing, Metriqore grew out of a university-based technology ecosystem. Today, the company develops measurement technology, research software, and AI solutions for customer experience. The idea behind Metriqore was simple: organizations should not only collect feedback; they should also know how much confidence they can place in it.
Our storyTechnology-enabled experience measurement
We make it easier to collect customer feedback throughout the experience using QR codes, digital touchpoints, and connected devices. By combining that feedback with environmental and behavioral signals from sensor technologies, we help you see more of what customers experience—and where improvements are needed.
Make it easy for customers to share feedback through QR codes, digital screens, and mobile channels.
Use sensor data on occupancy, movement, and environmental conditions to gain a fuller picture of the experience.
Depending on the project, sound, scent, and motion sensors or emotion buttons can be added.
Bring together customer feedback, survey responses, operational data, and sensor insights to identify what needs attention.
