Online research panels · Customer insight communities

Hear from the customers you have — and the customers you want.

Build an ongoing customer insight community from your own customers, reach qualified consumers in your target market through the Metriqore online research panel, or combine both in the same research program.

01 / Research access

The right answer starts with reaching the right people.

Not every research question calls for the same participant source. Metriqore uses your existing customers, your target market, or both—depending on the decision you need to make.

Your Customers01

Customer Insight Community

Build a consent-based, recontactable proprietary customer panel from your customers, members or users. Move beyond one-off lists and create a research asset that becomes more useful over time.

  • Organization-owned, consent-based participant community
  • Richer research profiles over time
  • Panel health, contact frequency and fatigue monitoring
  • Recurring and on-demand research

Your Market02

Metriqore Online Research Panel

Go beyond your customer list. Reach consumers who fit your research criteria through demographic, category-use, purchase-intent and study-specific screening variables.

  • Prospective customers and category users
  • Competitor brand or platform users
  • Relevant behavioral and need profiles
  • Study-specific sampling and quota design

03 / Combine Both

Why do customers choose you—and why do others not?

Compare current customers with prospective customers in your target market to understand not only experience, but the drivers of choice and non-choice.

02 / Continuous research

Stop rebuilding your audience from scratch for every study.

Turn research access from a one-off operational task into a repeatable part of the organization's decision cycle.

  1. Translate a question about brand, product, price, experience, communication or behavior into a measurable research problem.

  2. Use your customers, the Metriqore panel, or both depending on the purpose of the study.

  3. Define segments, quotas, measures, questionnaire flow and analysis around the decision—not a generic template.

  4. Evaluate fit, attention, consistency, response time, repeated participation and research fatigue.

  5. Go beyond percentages to examine why groups differ and what factors help explain the outcome.

  6. Translate findings into priorities, then use follow-up research to test what changed.

03 / Research questions

Start with the business question, not the panel.

Metriqore Research Network is designed to bring market research, customer research and experience measurement under the same methodological discipline.

01

Brand & positioning

01

How is the brand perceived, where does it differ from competitors, and which promise has value?

02

Product & concept testing

02

Which products, services or concepts resonate most strongly with which segments?

03

Price & value

03

How do price acceptance, perceived value and purchase intention move together?

04

Advertising & communication

04

Which message is more persuasive, credible or memorable—and why?

05

Segmentation

05

Which groups differ in attitudes, needs, relationships or behavior beyond basic demographics?

06

Experience & loyalty

06

Which experience dimensions help explain satisfaction, trust, value, repeat choice and advocacy?

04 / Learn before launch

Test the idea before you put the product or service on the market.

A promising idea is not evidence that customers will want it. Test concepts, features, pricing, messages or service designs with real target audiences before commercial launch.

01 / IDEA

Create alternatives

Turn product ideas, service concepts, packages, prices, messages, visuals or experience scenarios into researchable alternatives.

02 / TEST

Experiment with the right audience

Run controlled comparisons with current customers, prospective buyers or competitor users using a fit-for-purpose sample.

03 / EVIDENCE

Understand what drives the choice

Combine preference, purchase intent, perceived value and open-ended reasoning to see what sits behind the decision.

04 / DECIDE

Improve before launch

Eliminate weak alternatives early, refine stronger ones and avoid leaving the launch decision to intuition alone.

05 / Data confidence

The Metriqore difference

Not more responses. Better evidence.

Panel size alone does not determine research quality. Who participates, how often they participate and how reliable the response is matter too.

Authenticity Score: do not assume every completed survey is equally trustworthy.

Authenticity Score brings response time, consistency, attention and available participation-behavior signals into one quality framework. It is not a binary “real / fake” verdict; it gives researchers an additional layer for reviewing low-confidence responses and monitoring panel quality over time.

  1. 01

    Research fit

Select participants based on the actual study criteria, not demographics alone.

  2. 02

    Response quality

Use attention, consistency, response-time and low-information patterns so that every completion is not treated as equally informative.

  3. 03

    Panel health

Monitor participation, contact frequency, attrition, representation and research fatigue over time.

  4. 04

    Consent & privacy

Manage customer-community research within clear consent, purpose-limitation and privacy-safe reporting boundaries.

  5. 05

    Scientific research design

Design the model, measurement, sample and analysis around the organization's decision problem rather than generic question banks.

06 / Why different?

A CRM, an access panel and an insight community are not the same thing.

Metriqore does not replace the CRM that manages customer records, and it does not treat panel access alone as research. It connects participant access to a rigorous decision system.

08 / FAQ

Online research panels and customer insight communities.

01What is an online research panel?

An online research panel is a pool of people who have agreed to participate in research and can be selected using relevant profile and screening criteria. Metriqore uses panel access to reach target consumers who fit a specific business question.

02What is a customer insight community?

A customer insight community is an organization-owned, consent-based group of customers, members or users who can be invited to research repeatedly and whose research profiles become richer over time. It may also be described as a proprietary customer panel.

03What is the difference between a consumer panel and our own customer panel?

Your customer panel is suited to understanding the experience, relationship and behavior of people who already interact with your organization. An online consumer panel helps you reach prospects, category users or competitor users outside your customer base.

04Can we compare current and prospective customers?

Yes. When sampling and research conditions support comparison, your customer community can be studied alongside target-market participants recruited through the Metriqore panel.

05How do you monitor participant and response quality?

Research fit, contact frequency, participation history, response time, attention and consistency can be evaluated together. The objective is not simply more completed surveys, but more reliable research evidence.

06How is Authenticity Score used in research panels?

Authenticity Score combines response-time, consistency, attention and available participation-behavior signals as a research-quality layer. Rather than automatically labeling a participant as “real” or “fake,” it helps researchers review responses with lower confidence and monitor panel health more systematically.

07Can we test a product or service before launching it?

Yes. Product and service ideas, concepts, feature sets, pricing, advertising messages, packages and experience scenarios can be tested before launch with your customers, prospective buyers or both. Depending on the research question, monadic, comparative or experimental designs can be used.

08What kinds of studies can be run?

Brand and positioning research, product and concept testing, advertising and communication studies, pricing and value research, customer segmentation, and experience and loyalty models can all be designed around the organization's question.

More than a demo. A research conversation.

First, decide whose voice you need to hear.

Your customers, your prospective customers, or both. Tell us the decision you need to make and we will evaluate the research access and design that fits.
