Authenticity Score doesn't stamp a piece of feedback as 'true' or 'false'. By evaluating response behavior, consistency and existing context signals together, it makes that finding's evidentiary strength visible.
The trust behind the score
Not every completed form gives management the same evidentiary strength.
A guest may have given five stars — but might have marked every question the same way, completed the form unusually fast, or described a different experience in their open-ended answer. Authenticity Score doesn't turn these signals into a definitive verdict one by one; by evaluating them together, it shows how carefully the finding should be read.
The goal isn't to judge the person, but to correctly weigh the data.
Mechanism
Gathers the signals, surfaces the contradiction, explains the confidence level.
The base score works with existing response-quality data. Sensor-based verification is only considered an R&D layer under proper consent, setup and project scope.
Tests response behavior
Examines signals such as response time, patterned marking, internal consistency, item fit and textual quality together.
Shows the evidentiary strength
Instead of silencing the feedback, it shows the manager the confidence level, potential contradictions and the area that needs closer review.

The sensor layer is project-based
Behavioral sources like face, voice and movement are not a mandatory part of today's base score; they are tested only in consented R&D/project setups.
